there are lots of muslim countries which offer arabic courses for non speakers, but where would u recommend, and how long it takes for some1 to be able to expresss him self in arabic? not neccessarily fleunt but u know can make a conversation

I’m a native English speaker and I’m learning German by myself. I was just curious if it was easier if a native German speaker to learn English, or visa versa.
